Are your products really handmade?

Yes! 😊 Designed and Handmade by Us—NO OUTSOURCING, NO MIDDLEMAN.

At GreenTagInserts, we take pride in creating each organizer ourselves, right here in Pennsylvania USA. Unlike others who outsource production to factories overseas, we personally craft every piece with care and attention to detail.

Our organizers aren’t just products, they’re a reflection of our commitment to quality, sustainability, and honest craftsmanship. Handmade Insert Disclaimer

Please note that all our inserts are meticulously handcrafted, making each piece unique. As a result, there may be slight variations in size and fit. While many customers find our inserts fit their bags perfectly, others might experience a fit that is tighter or looser than expected. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and add to the charm of each item. If a precise fit is essential for you, we recommend considering this before making a purchase.

How do I clean my insert?

You can spot clean your insert by gently rubbing with a clean cloth and cold water. A mild soap can be used to help remove light stains. Please allow your insert to fully air dry before usage.

Can I request a custom made insert?

Sorry, we are unable to accept requests for custom inserts or resizing. Only the listed inserts are available for purchase at this time.

Will your insert fit my other bag?

Our inserts are custom made to fit a specific bag. If you plan to use one for a different bag, there is no guarantee that it will fit.

Do you have an insert for X-Y-Z or 1-2-3 bag?

Only the listed inserts are available to purchase at this time. We are unable to give specific measurements and do not recommend using our inserts for bags that they are not made for, this is to avoid fitting issues. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders 📦

When will you process my order?

All inserts are handmade in the order they are received. We try to process orders in 2-3 business days but may require EXTRA TIME during sales events and holidays. Kindly refrain from asking this question "When will you ship my order?" within this time period 🙏🏻 We are doing everything possible to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.

Can you expedite my order?

Sorry, we don't offer an expedite service at this time. If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us before placing an order to confirm current wait times.

How do I cancel my order?

All insert are handmade-to-order. We make it specifically for you, we expend time, labor, materials and love to every insert we make and aim to ship it out as soon as possible so please refrain from cancelling an order after our 3 hour cancellation window.

Please notify us within 3 hours if you need to cancel or make changes. Once an order is in the production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please note that all items bought on sale or during our promotion are final and are NOT elligible for cancellations.

Please contact us immediately with your order number. An order cannot be cancelled or refunded if it has already been fulfilled. "Pre-Transit" status means the order is already made, packed, and shipped.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We’re sorry, but all sales are final. Every insert is made-to-order, crafted specifically for YOU and no one else. We pour our time, labor, materials, and love into every piece we create. Be sure to select the correct size, color, and quantity, as items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately with respect and we will be happy to assist you.

If you are not okay with this, we kindly ask that you do not purchase from us.

Shipping 💌

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship orders within the United States. International customers can still place orders by visiting our Etsy shop.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and mail service used. Approximate shipping times are listed below for your reference:

USPS Priority: 2-3 business days

USPS Ground Advantage (former USPS First Class): 2-5 business days

We package each order carefully, once the packages are handed to our local post office arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the USPS. GreenTagInserts is not responsible for any shipping delays.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number and instructions. If you do not see the email, check your “junk mail folder or “spam” folder.

My tracking says delivered - where is my package?

Please check your mailbox, front door, side doors, and neighbors to see if the package was accidentally misplaced. Sometimes the tracking information is prematurely marked as delivered and will show up the following day. If you have waited 2 business days and your package still has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number. Ask them to run a GPS trace so they can see exactly where it was delivered. If you need help opening a case with USPS, please contact us.

Discount Code 🔐

What is you discount code policy?

Discount codes AKA coupon codes are:

  • non-transferable
  • not redeemable for cash
  • cannot be combined with any other codes, offers, discounts, or promotions

GreenTag reserves the right to modify or cancel orders from discount or coupon abuse at any time. 

Why is my discount code not working?

The code may have expired, or your purchase may not meet the requirements, such as a minimum spend or qualifying items. Additionally, the code might be flagged if it’s being used with multiple email addresses.

How to get a discount code?

We’ll announce new discount codes on our Instagram account, so make sure to follow @GreenTagInserts to stay updated.

Discount codes will not be created upon request—please wait for our next announcement.

Can I apply a discount code or price adjustment to my previous purchase?

All discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We will not give price adjustments for orders placed prior to the discount code being active.

We will email you when you reach the spending criteria. You will have the option to redeem your Loyalty Gift or wait for the VIP Gift later

What is the Loyalty and VIP Gifts?

Does my spending roll over each year?

All spending must be done within the same calendar year, no purchases will roll over to the following year.
