Are your products really handmade?

Yes! 😊

At GreenTagInserts, we take pride in creating each organizer ourselves, right here in Pennsylvania USA. Unlike others who outsource production to factories overseas, we personally craft every piece with care and attention to detail.

Our organizers aren’t just products, they’re a reflection of our commitment to quality, sustainability, and honest craftsmanship. When you choose GreenTagInserts, you’re supporting a small business that values authenticity and integrity, you’re choosing craftsmanship and a product made with pride—not just a name stamped on something manufactured elsewhere. 💚

How do I clean my insert?

You can spot clean your insert by gently rubbing with a clean cloth and cold water. A mild soap can be used to help remove light stains. Please allow your insert to fully air dry before usage.

Can I request a custom made insert?

Sorry, we are unable to accept requests for custom inserts or resizing. Only the listed inserts are available for purchase at this time.

Will your insert fit my other bag?

Each insert is designed for a specific bag model.

If you select the correct model, the fit will be great!

Using it in a different bag may cause poor fit so we don’t recommend it.

Why No Measurements?

We are unable to provide specific measurements, as this helps prevent inserts from being used in bags they are not designed for. We also do not recommend using our inserts for bags other than the models they are made for, as this may cause fitting issues.

Where can I find product feedback?

All of our product reviews come from verified buyers and can be found on our Etsy shop and Instagram page. Every review is 100% authentic, we never offer free products or incentives in exchange for positive feedback.

Order and Processing 📦

We share real-time updates like weather delays, shipping alerts, and exclusive offers. Joining is optional, but always helpful for staying in the loop!

When will my order ship?

Each insert is handmade in the order received. Processing takes 2–5 business days, but may take longer during holidays or sales.

❗️Please do not message asking “When will you ship my order?” during this window.

Doing so may flag your order in our system as potentially problematic, which could delay fulfillment or bump it to the end of the queue.

We promise — we’re working hard to get every order out as quickly as possible.

Can you expedite my order?

We now offer Rush My Order!

Upgrade your processing time from the standard 2–4 business days to just 1 business day with this expedited option.

How do I cancel my order?

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. After this period, all orders are considered in production and cannot be canceled or refunded, as each item is handmade to order.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

❗️IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and not eligible for cancellation.
  • If your order status shows as “Pre-Transit,” this means it has already been made, packed, and labeled for shipping and can no longer be changed or canceled.
  • Once an item has been shipped or is in transit, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and include your order number.

🚫 Multiple cancellation requests or attempts to cancel orders that are already in transit may result in refusal of future orders, at our discretion. This policy exists to protect the time, labor, and materials invested into each handmade piece.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Each insert is handmade to order ~ we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, regardless of condition.

Please double-check your bag size and all listing details before placing an order.

We are not responsible if you select the wrong size, or if you return or resell your bag after purchasing an insert for it.

As a small handmade shop (not mass-produced) our no-return policy ensures every customer receives a brand-new, custom-made insert, made with care and integrity.

We kindly ask that you respect this policy.

If something isn’t covered in our FAQs and you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. We’re here to assist respectfully and within our shop policies.

Shipping 💌

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship orders within the United States. International customers can still place orders by visiting our Etsy shop.

How long does shipping take?

We ship via USPS. Transit times (after dispatch) are estimated as follows:

USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

Please note: these are estimates and may vary. Once we hand your order to USPS, delivery is out of our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

How will I receive tracking info?

Once your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number and instructions. If you do not see the email, check your “junk mail folder or “spam” folder.

My package is stuck in transit. What should I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 15+ days, we’ll file a missing mail search with USPS. While we submit the request right away, USPS investigations take time, and we kindly ask for your patience during this process.

If USPS confirms the package is lost, we’ll send a replacement promptly (no refunds).

Please note: missed scans and routing delays are common, especially during peak seasons, and do not qualify for a refund or replacement unless USPS officially declares the package lost while still in transit (not after it has been marked "Delivered"). If this policy doesn’t suit you, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing an order.

My tracking says delivered - where is my package?

Please check your mailbox, front door, back door, side entry, or with neighbors in case the package was placed elsewhere. Sometimes, USPS marks a package as “Delivered” prematurely, and it may arrive within 1–2 business days.

If you’ve waited 2 business days and the package has not arrived, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and request a GPS scan. This will help them determine the exact delivery location. (This step must be done by the recipient.)

GREENTAG ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR: (No refunds or replacement)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • PO Box delivery complications
  • Theft after delivery (e.g. stolen from porch or mailbox)
  • Packages returned to sender due to refusal or non-collection
  • Orders marked “Delivered” but claimed as not received
  • Stolen or missing packages after confirmed delivery

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer liable for its whereabouts. If your area is prone to delivery issues, we strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address and requesting Signature Confirmation when possible.

If these terms do not work for you, please refrain from placing an order.

Discount Code 🔐

What is you discount code policy?

Discount codes AKA coupon codes are:

  • non-transferable
  • not redeemable for cash
  • cannot be combined with any other codes, offers, discounts, or promotions

GreenTag reserves the right to modify or cancel orders from discount or coupon abuse at any time. 

Why is my discount code not working?

The code may have expired, or your purchase may not meet the requirements, such as a minimum spend or qualifying items. Additionally, the code might be flagged if it’s being used with multiple email addresses.

How to get a discount code?

We’ll announce new discount codes on our Instagram account, so make sure to follow @GreenTagInserts to stay updated.

Discount codes will not be created upon request—please wait for our next announcement.

Can I apply a discount code or price adjustment to my previous purchase?

All discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We will not give price adjustments for orders placed prior to the discount code being active.

Payment Information 💳

Is My Payment Information Safe?

Yes! Your payment details are encrypted and securely processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant system. We do not store or access your sensitive payment information. Rest assured, your data is protected at every step.

Do You See My Payment Information?

No. Seller do not see the customer's full payment information. Shopify handles the payment processing securely. Sellers do not have access to sensitive information like credit card numbers or full bank account details.

What is the Loyalty and VIP Gifts?
